Atlas Workspace, operated by Ugo Maronilli, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Atlas Workspace orders.

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Request a refund directly through the Paddle portal, or contact Paddle support from there.
3. You can also email us using the contact address listed in your account, and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal in your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
