Is there a free trial?

Yes. Both paid plans include a 2-week free trial — no credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.

How is my data secured?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is fully isolated with row-level security, and your conversations and documents are never used to train shared models. Read more on our Security page.

Which AI models power Atlas?

Accepted Answer

Atlas uses a mix of frontier models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT) routed automatically based on the task — fast models for triage, deeper models for briefings and reasoning. You don't need your own API keys.

Can my whole team use it?

Atlas is currently designed around the individual leader. Team workspaces with shared org context, briefings, and reporting roll-up are on the roadmap — contact us if you want early access.

Does Atlas integrate with my calendar / CRM / email?

Accepted Answer

Calendar, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and email integrations are rolling out. In the meantime, you can paste meeting notes, drop in transcripts, and forward emails — Atlas extracts people, actions, and follow-ups automatically.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Subscription, click 'Manage subscription' to open the customer portal. You can cancel in one click; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly or yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Both. Yearly saves roughly two months versus monthly. You can switch plans anytime from the customer portal.

Question 9

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate. After that, data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time via hello@atlasworkspace.app.

Can I get an enterprise contract or invoicing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for teams of 10+ we offer annual contracts with invoicing, custom DPAs, and SSO. Reach out via the Contact page.
